What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guide. If you are between sizes or prefer a wider shoe, we recommend sizing up 1/2 size.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

We are a small family run company and appreciate your patience as we grow! Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days - if there is an issue with your order or it will take longer than 5 business days you will be notified by email.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns but if you need to return or exchange, the return/exchange shipping fees are on us.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the status of the shipment. If you’re having an issue with the tracking number for your order, please contact our customer support team at

What is your return/exchange policy?

Christina Lombardi Product: We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of the original delivery date for either a full refund back to the original payment method or for store credit. Items must be returned with in original packaging (with tags if applicable). To make a return please visit our returns page.
