return process

To return your online order, follow these steps:

  1. Place your new, unworn shoes in their original, undamaged shoe box and place inside shipping box.
  2. Click the link above and follow the steps to receive your prepaid FedEx return label.
  3. Attach the prepaid FedEx return label to the outside of the shipping box.
  4. Reseal the box, and drop the box off at your nearest FedEx location.

Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed

How soon will my order ship?

Orders placed on Monday-Friday before 11:00 AM (EST) will generally be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will generally begin processing the next business day. 

Please allow 24 hours for your order to process before shipping.

If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will generally begin processing on the next business day. We will do our best to get your shipments out ASAP, but holidays and peak sales times may alter your shipping timeline.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within the United States. Expedited shipping is available for an upgraded fee.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! For international orders, shipping is available for an upgraded fee. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, and brokerage fees that are applied in the country of delivery after checkout, are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
